A professor? [She smiles back. She hasn't met many of those. Granted back home there isn't any kind of formal teaching now, though maybe if worlds would stop ending literally, they could get back to humanity having some sort of structure.]
It's nice to meet you in person. I brought the blueprints of the small lab I built in case you wanted to see what I was working with. It's not really what I'm used to, but at least it isn't controlled by anyone here. [And that's a start. She places the cardboard roll with the blueprints on the counter.]

Well I have open areas here. I was thinking of some analyzers, hematology, DNA, more medical lab equipment that might assist a clinic if need be. I have some make shift burners, a few microscopes I've found, but I don't trust this place with medical information.
[That actually gets a half laugh from her, because yeah, she's from a more advanced time herself.]
Yes, as long as they're some computer hooked up to it, I can do what I need. I just liked that picture for the novelty. As a scientist, I guess, I've never seen something like that-- at least in person. It was more of a novelty interest. But practically, I need something more advanced.
That's fine. I've been in the city two years, and this was a more personal project. I'm not exactly trying to announce what I want to do. [She's already been someone of interest in the past, trying to lay low now.]
